The Hot Box Sauna

First time doing something like this and genuinely felt like a different person after the experience. So relaxed. The staff member was so so lovely and I will definitely be ticking all the hot boxes off the list. Can't wait to try the next location!!

Absolutely AMAZING!! Would highly recommend to everyone, staff are lovely and helpful. Between the sauna, sea and cold plunge you feel completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I already can’t wait to go back, might have to make it a weekly occurrence!

The Hot Box in Rosses Point, Sligo, is such a hidden gem! The wood-fired sauna right by the sea is unreal – the views alone are worth it. There’s nothing like a dip in the ocean after sweating it out in the sauna. The vibe is so chilled, and the staff are lovely. Plus, you’ve got a coffee shop and a tidal pool nearby, which is super handy. If you’re in Sligo and want to treat yourself, this is the spot!

Went down to the hot box sauna after work for the first time it was amazing experience from start to finish. The sauna was comfortable and spacious , the plunge pool was great and then access to the sea was amazing and price was very cheap. After I got home I realized I had forgotten my work bag with my uniform I went back about 2hrs later and Ciaran had it stored safe for me in the shed, would highly recommend.
