A really memorable sauna and sea dip experience this winter in a hidden gem of a location, with some lovely beach and cliff walks and a cool beach bar nearby. Stunning views of Dunmoran Strand and the sea from inside. Loved every minute!

Fantastic addition to Dunmoran Strand on the Wild Atlantic Way. Sauna was hot and views across the beach and ocean on a cold day were stunning. It is a really quick walk to the ocean for a cold dip. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. I’d highly recommend it.

Checked out Sauna Sasta today and it was amazing. Jackie was so obliging and went above and beyond to accommodate my mistake with my booking times. We got lucky and enjoyed the sauna to ourselves and the sea in Dunmoran, as always, was divine. What a beautiful experience and one that I'll definitely be repeating. Thank you Jackie 🙏

First time doing one of these and, omg, feeling like a new person. Got really lucky with the weather and Jackie was so friendly. Gave us some local recommendations for food as we’re visiting. Really incredible experience.
