Samhradh's Sauna

A wonderful sauna experience overlooking the most beautiful landscape. Cromane beach is surrounded by the hills of both the Iveragh and Dingle peninsulas. The sauna has a large window so you can enjoy the view and it is right next to the sea so you can go for a swim and hop into the sauna for the dual benefits of cold water and hot sauna healing. The host is a lovely and inspiring woman. Definitely go if you're in the area - summer or winter as she's open year round.

Wonderful authentic sauna experience in a special location. Great meditation session last night, the silent walks into the sea really enhanced the whole mindfulness experience.

Booked via website. I would suggest to go with an hour one instead of half an hour. I cracked my grasses when I used inside so be careful with that. But other then that, it was perfect to enjoy the beauty of silence inside.

A gorgeous experience! I've been a few times and I plan to make it a regular. Bébhinn is such a gracious host. The location and views are spectacular. And you leave feeling so good, relaxed, grounded, and refreshed.
