5 stars! From the moment you step into the Barrel Sauna in Dundrum, you're greeted with the calming scent of incense and beautiful zen artwork that sets the tone. The seating areas are super comfy and perfect for relaxing before or after your session. The saunas themselves are stunning, and the cold barrels—while intense—are totally bearable and so worth it. Just remember to breathe! All in all, a truly special and peaceful space. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset.

Gorgeous sauna with calming vibes as soon as you walk in and smell the incense! Lovely decor, nice places to sit and chill out between sauna and cold plunge. Nice and spacious too

Lovely atmosphere, the sauna room's are kind of private, what's great. And the time slot are fixed, what don't make different people come in and out during with time. The cold bath are great and the chill area well designed. High recommended and I will be back soon :)

This place is amazing! Tried it this evening for the first time and felt so fresh after, like a new man. Great heat in the sauna, great cold plunges and showers. Lovely vibe and setting. The energy all around was great too, friendly staff and friendly people. I can see why it’s called Social Sauna Sessions. Will absolutely be back and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Had the amazing morning at barrel sauna. So clean and friendly. Got to spend 45mins in the sauna and then cold plunge. Such a relaxing vibe-will be back guys. 🤎
