Wildwood Sauna

Fantastic place in the heart of the city, directly opposite The Marina Market. Great cosy setup with a proper wood-burning sauna, nice showers, water buckets and awesome ice baths with chilled and filtered water, so its ice cold and clean.

This place is top class. John was very helpful, informative and accommodating. The facilities are excellent. 1 sauna, 2 ice baths, 2 cold showers, 2 sauna buckets and very adequate changing rooms. Looking forward to going again very soon!!

If you're looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in Cork City, Wildwood Sauna is the perfect spot. The setup is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy, private atmosphere that lets you truly unwind in peace. It’s the ideal spot to go to whether you're there solo or with a group of friends. I run a monthly group event at wildwood sauna and what can i say John is incredible to deal with. John thinks of absolutely everything and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect for us each and every time. Highly recommend 👌

Wildwood Sauna has become my favourite spot in Cork City! The entire experience is without a doubt 10/10. Since I’ve started using the sauna and ice baths my body feels incredible. I would recommend it to anyone who trains regularly. However, I’d also suggest it to anyone and everyone as it is great for the mind as well as the body. The staff are tremendously kind and extremely loyal to their customers. They have built a lovely community and are going from strength to strength. Very impressive how far the service has come in such a short span on time. Cannot wait to be back again!

Enjoy my visit very much! High recommend for contrast therapy locally. I love a hot hot sauna and cold cold plunge.
