Great experience! I tried it once and immediately booked for the next week! I can't imagine a better location! Beautiful view of the ocean. You can really relax. The lady serving is very nice and very easy to deal with. The temperature in the sauna is constantly around 100 degrees Celsius. - just perfect! 👌 The possibility of jumping into the cold sea, the view from the inside of the sauna and the polite service make it my number 1!! I recommend very much!

I had an amazing experience at Wild Wellness sauna by Atlantic ocean at Garretstown Beach! The combination of the soothing heat, the fresh sea breeze, and the calming sound of the waves created a truly rejuvenating atmosphere. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure every guest felt comfortable. It was the perfect way to unwind and detox. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A unique, grounding and excellent experience. I try to go once a week. Bronwyn meets you with a smile and gives advice to anyone who is new to Wild Wellness regarding hot/cold therapy. Facilities are cleaned throughout the day and well maintained by Bronwyn and staff. You have a panoramic view of the beach through the landscape window while in the sauna. If you are a bit timid of the cold water, try not to be. You feel brilliant after it, and your straight back into the heat after. There is an area in the sauna to leave your towels and bits which is great. The candle light sessions are a must also. I think there are some weekends where Wild Wellness ties in with yoga sessions on the beach, group beach clean ups and many more. Bean and Berry coffee truck is next to sauna also, for a coffee and an acai bowl after. 100% recommended

What an experience and what a treat. Absolutely love going to Wild Wellness at G-town, the owner Bonnie is absolute gem. You can also book it out for a large group which is such a cool way to celebrate a birthday or spend time with your friends. Its such a beautiful, wholesome experience I cannot recommend this place enough. The view from inside the sauna is incredible and the seating layout is great internally. The proximity to the beach makes it even more special as you literally come out of the sauna and straight down to the beach for an ocean dip. Highly recommend for little bit of relaxation, serenity and spectacle views. A must visit if you’re in the area, I’d recommend going for a coffee and cake after up the hill at Bean and Berry. Literally the perfect wholesome day 👌🏻

I took up sea dip and sauna sessions about two years ago. Best habit I have acquired as an adult. Bronwyn has created a really special community with Wild Wellness and we are so grateful to you B! This sauna is a MUST DO, next time you’re back west x
