What a brilliant idea to have a mini sauna capsule right next to the beach! I had an amazing first experience, especially with a few cold dips in the sea in between sauna sessions. The contrast between the hot sauna and the refreshing sea was incredible. I absolutely loved it and would definitely do it again when I’m back in Cork.

I flew over from Australia to enjoy the sauna experience and it was absolutely phenomenal! The saunas are gorgeous and combining the heat with the cold plunge in the ocean was so nice. The owners are lovely and I was very warmly welcomed, like I was catching up with old friends 😊 Definitely recommend and would give more stars if I could!!
