Hidden Sauna Bridgefield

Recently visited Hidden Sauna Bridgefield and had a great experience. Really enjoyed going between the sauna and the plunge pool, we left feeling well recovered. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.

What an incredible sauna set up. This place is only brand new and it's already one of the best saunas in the country IMO. The grounds are fairly large and there's plenty of parking. Everything is spaced out and well positioned. I wasn't sure how cold the supposed "cave water" would be but my god , it is legit, you definitely notice the difference. The plunge pool really is freeeeezing, absolutely Baltic!! Same for the shower. Top class facilities as well, in fairness. We chilled for a lovely coffee afterwards out of the lil caravan and chatted with the owner, Harry. A very sound and accommodating fella (he was playing some MF DOOM out of a speaker in the caravan, which scored huge browny points from me 🎵🤌🏻). The grounds are perfect for dogs to wander around and relax as well. Our Scooby instantly loved the chilled vibes and past out in the grass in the autumnal sun 🍂 ☀️ We've already decided we're gonna go back for a nighttime sauna to Hidden Sauna in 2 days time 😅 can't wait! The hidden sauna is a hidden gem! Has the best of time felt brilliant afterwards. Their sauna is so big and their cold plunge is very refreshing. The lights are beautiful and the herbal tea they serve is lovely. Definitely great to try something new!

Really enjoyed my visit to the hidden sauna, what a great find! Harry the owner is a gent and has done a great job with exciting plans in the pipeline. I’ll be back!

Absolutely fabulous experience at the Hidden Sauna tonight, brilliant if you would like something different where you can relax and revive. The place is spotless and beautifully designed. Harry, the owner, is so lovely and welcoming. Great spot!
